A Residential Building For Universal Homes

Although we are not Superman, it has always been our desire to build strong structures that will positively alter the Nation’s landscape, and we are glad to be living that reality now. Since 1988, we have shown due diligence in delivering great structures that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but also functional. It is, therefore, a great delight to undertake the ‘Universal One’ housing construction.

Here at Rosettee, we have the mandate to effect construction solutions, and we have the honor of constructing the very first residential property of Universal Homes in Nigeria.

Explaining the new venture, Maroun Awad, the Managing Director of Rosettee said that ‘Universal One’ showcases high quality and affordability. The Show homes, constructed by Rosettee is a replica of what will be revealed in days to come in Alaro city. Maroun Awad believes that the project will facilitate the slogan; live, work and play.

Known for our ability to deliver on schedule and budget par excellence, we have sustainably maintained a solid reputation for offering client-designed and cost-effective residential buildings with top-notch standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

At the launch on Sunday 26th of September 2021, the residential model was commissioned and it has caught the interest of Lagosians and prospective homeowners. The homes will come with large urban living rooms; expansive balconies, state-of-the-art kitchens, wooden teak textured ceramic tiles, solar power, smoke detectors, white UV wardrobes; a classy yet affordable parcel.

The ‘Universal One’ project is an architect’s dream come alive, and it is anchored under Universal Homes, a major international home developer. Universal homes are kin to Unity Homes, located in Kenya. Successfully, they have previously completed housing projects in Eldoret, Nairobi, and Tatu City in Kenya. Jason Horsey, Executive Director, Universal Homes is excited about bringing its first-class and reasonably priced apartments to Nigeria, in collaboration with Alaro City.

Universal One is pleased to play a pioneering role in the housing agenda of Lagos state. Director of Alaro city, Yomi Ademola, said the project serves as a model for inclusive urbanism in delivering affordable high-quality homes. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to show our technical expertise in the construction of this laudable initiative that aligns with the 11th Sustainable development goal, which proposes to make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.
