Responsibility and accountability for quality rest with all employees and the management of the organisation. We infuse practices, materials and products that are supplemented by a commitment from all staff to meet our goals of providing quality in all our services. Rosettee provides training, and has established system to assist all personnel to achieve the standard required.

In support of our Quality Policy, our quality objectives are:
• To conduct a minimum of three Management reviews annually
• To audit all aspect of our Quality Management System, minimum twice a year
• To identify relevant local, national, and international statutory and regulatory requirements guiding our operations and industry.
• Develop staffs competencies through appropriate development programs
